Admission and eCounselling Services for Session 2026
Centralized Counselling for M. Sc. / M. Sc. (Tech.) Admission (CCMN 2026) is a common platform for candidates to apply for M. Sc. / M. Sc. (Tech.) programmes, based on their JAM score of year 2026, in NITs, IIEST Shibpur and some CFTIs (For details, please refer to the list of Participating Institutes).
The Seat allotted/admission granted to a candidate on the basis of online verification of documents is purely provisional. It is subject to the submission and confirmation of the minimum eligibility criteria by the candidate at the time of physical admission at the finally allotted institute. If a candidate fails to produce proper supporting documents demonstrating that he/she meets the minimum eligibility criteria, his/her admission may be cancelled by the finally allotted institute.
Physical Reporting at the Finally Allotted Institute physically and deposition of the Balance Fee by the admitted candidates of all rounds (Regular rounds, Special rounds, and NSR) is scheduled from Wednesday, 05 August, 2026 to Tuesday, 11 August, 2026. Please check the respective institute’s website for the schedule and other details.
After registration, only those institutions and programmes (choices) will be displayed for which the candidate meets the prescribed qualifications and Minimum Eligibility Criteria.

Candidate with valid JAM score may apply for admission to M.Tech (3-Years) in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering in MANIT Bhopal through CCMN 2026. The registration fees and other types of fees will be as per CCMN 2026 (Table 3 of CCMN 2026 Information Brochure). Candidates of NRI origin having a degree from any other country with a valid GATE/JAM score are eligible for admission through CCMT/CCMN-2026. The qualifying degree of the candidate must be recognised by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
In case both CGPA and percentage are mentioned in the final Mark sheet/Grade card of the candidate then only CGPA would be considered
